EXERCISE PHYSIOLOGIST
Originally from Adelaide, I am thrilled to have had the opportunity to move to Port Lincoln and start my role as an Accredited Exercise Physiologist at EP Physio Plus.
I graduated from UniSA with a Bachelor of Clinical Exercise Physiology (Honours) in 2021, and through various placements have gained experience in both private practice and hospital-based settings. I am passionate about using an evidence based and client-centred approach to empower my clients to feel more comfortable being physically active and confident in their ability to achieve their goals.
I have a particular interest in Women’s Health, and have plans to complete further training in exercise prescription for pregnant and postpartum women. I am also interested in helping people living with a range of acute and chronic medical conditions or injuries, including cardiovascular and respiratory diseases, neurological conditions and spinal cord injuries, osteoarthritis, diabetes, cancer and many more.
Outside of work you’ll find me keeping active outdoors, travelling, cooking, and visiting some of the amazing SA wineries.
