There are descriptions of each of our classes below the timetable.

LITTLE MOVERS
45 Minutes

Our Little Movers is a specialised, Exercise Physiologist-led group that bridges the gap between "play" and "functional development." Through storytelling and imagination, we help pre-schoolers integrate their motor milestones so they are ready to thrive in the classroom.

Our sessions focus on:

  • Postural Endurance: Building core strength to help kids "sit tall" and focus at a desk.
  • Gross Motor Skills: Mastering jumping, balancing, and bilateral coordination.
  • Sensory Grounding: Using "Heavy work" (pushing/pulling) and proprioceptive input.
  • School Readiness: Practicing the soft skills of following multi-step instructions and independent mat work.

To start your little one's journey each little mover will require an initial assessment with our exercise physiologist Georgia. Once this has been completed your little mover is ready to jump into our groups.

Our groups run per the school term, however we have a rolling intake so your little mover can join us at any time.
