Tim Manning

SENIOR EXERCISE PHYSIOLOGIST

Tim was among the first graduates of Clinical Exercise Physiology in South Australia, completing his degree at the end of 2016, and has been part of the EP Physio Plus team in Port Lincoln since August 2018. He believes that understanding each person's unique relationship with exercise is the key to finding a program that truly works for them — and he loves that his career allows him to make that happen every day.

At EP Physio Plus, Tim runs a range of group exercise sessions throughout the week in the clinic gym, including his popular Strong & Steady classes designed to help older adults build strength, maintain their independence, and stay active in a fun, social environment. He has a genuine passion for Strength and Conditioning in the older adult population, and also has a particular interest in supporting people living with Osteoporosis, Prostate Cancer, POTS, and other bone health conditions — helping clients use exercise to improve their quality of life in meaningful, lasting ways.

Outside of the clinic, Tim enjoys playing football and running, and keeps busy with his young family
