Learn to Lift.

Stepping into the gym for the first time can be really overwhelming! Especially if you don’t have a clear plan of attack…

But how is anyone supposed to know what they should or shouldn’t do at the gym when each trainer tells us something different! It’s super confusing! 

We’re going to simplify this for you and give you the confidence to walk into any gym and know exactly what you’re doing and why.. 

If this has caught your attention then you may be interested in joining our new “Learn to Lift” group class...

The Learn to Lift group class will be a 10-week program conducted by physiotherapists trained in strength and conditioning at our state of the art gym. We will  teach you the fundamental lifts that will hit every muscle in your body - the squat, deadlift, bench press, overhead press and row. Along the journey you’ll master these movements and learn the basics in program development so that you’ll be able to continue working-out independently with confidence.

Groups will be limited to 8 people to give each of you plenty of one-on-one guidance and support. We will be running 2 weekly sessions, each of which will be 45 minutes, at the following times;

  • Tuesday @ 5pm
  • Thursday @ 7am

Whether you’re completely new to lifting, or somewhat experienced, this group can be tailored to your current level of fitness and experience. You will complete each session in pairs - so feel free to sign up with a friend!
